DJI FlyCart 100 heavy-lift delivery aircraft

Time-critical industrial delivery

Move the part before downtime grows.

Priority aerial logistics for verified replacement parts, diagnostic equipment and specialist tools needed at difficult industrial sites.

SECTOR CAPABILITY
01

THE ACCESS PROBLEM

Downtime gives a small load a large value.

When a failed module, test instrument or specialist tool is waiting at the roadhead, the price of the movement is not its weight—it is the delay. LIFTGRID qualifies the direct route and builds response plans for known assets.

02

MISSION TYPES

Where LIFTGRID
can support.

Each example is a route to qualify, not a blanket promise to fly.

01

Pre-agreed response

Survey and prepare critical sites before failure, reducing decision time when a part is needed.

02

Shutdown support

Sequence tools and components during a planned outage with a defined ground-control plan.

03

Field recovery

Deliver compact recovery equipment or bring a return load where the approved operation allows it.

04

Diagnostic dispatch

Move test equipment early so the correct larger repair response can be chosen.

03

TYPICAL CARGO

Defined, weighed
and flight-ready.

Every item needs verified mass, dimensions, packaging, lifting points, value and dangerous-goods status.

01Replacement assemblies

02Diagnostic instruments

03Specialist tooling

04Control and power modules

05Repair consumables

06Recovery equipment

Time

The economic driver

Price is compared with lost production and ground-access delay.

Prepared

Before the incident

The strongest response routes are surveyed and approved in advance.

No promise

Without permission

Urgency never overrides the authorised mission envelope.

04

ROUTE QUALIFICATION

What makes a
credible first mission.

We need enough evidence to test both operational fit and commercial value.

STRONG FIT

Quantifiable cost of delay

Known asset and likely cargo class

Pre-agreed client response contacts

Controlled operating locations

Cargo available with verified mass and packaging

WHAT TO SEND

Asset coordinates

Likely failure and cargo scenarios

Cost or consequence of delay

24/7 client escalation path

Landing, winch and alternate areas

SECTOR FAQ

Before we
promise a route.

Can LIFTGRID launch immediately after a breakdown?+

Only if the company, crew, aircraft, insurance, route and required authorisation are already in place. The service should be pre-planned for genuinely time-critical assets.

How is urgent work priced?+

Priority response is mission-specific. Standby, mobilisation, out-of-hours crew, permissions, payload and operating-day charges are separated in the quotation.

Can a return load be carried?+

Potentially, if it is included in the payload engineering, operating plan and authorisation and can be safely handed over at both sites.
